Overall Architecture

Leads

This is your homepage, where you add and manage project opportunities - e.g. "Acme" at "1 Main St.". A "Lead" is the term for a project opportunity.

This is where you:

  • Draw the site layout on satellite imagery or an uploaded floorplan. See here for detailed guides
  • Add additional costs (e.g. site survey fees)
  • View data collected in the mobile app during site walks (e.g. survey responses, site photos)

Financials

This is where you:

  • Finalize quoting inputs (e.g. unit costs, markups, overhead, taxes, rebates)
  • Categorize line items into buckets
  • View total project cost, price, and margin
  • Export a BOM as an .xlsx file

Document Builder

 

This is where you build a deliverable document (e.g. proposal). You can configure styling (e.g. accent color, logo), upload spec sheets or other PDF attachments, include site photos, and more.

Charger List

 

This is where you:

  • Add EVSE makes & models with pricing and details
  • Configure Charger Add-ons (e.g. warranties, pedestals, cable management)

Price Book

 

This is where you:

  • Configure hourly Labor Rates to use for labor calculations (e.g. Apprentice, Journeyman)
  • Add options with pricing for equipment, both electrical (e.g. panels, breakers, wire, conduit) and non-electrical (e.g. bollard, signage, concrete pad)
  • Set up other organization defaults (e.g. quoting categories, conduit accessories, additional costs)

πŸ’‘ The more configuration you do in the Price Book, the better you can standardize and speed up every project
