Prepare the Dispatch
(1) Begin by clicking Site Walk > Site Orientation.

(2) Enter Site Briefing notes or files that will be helpful for the assessor.

(3) (Optional) You can build your own Site Surveys and Site Orientation Checklists, all easily within the web application, by clicking Customize questions or Customize checklist.


(3) Click on Dispatch on the left, then click Create new dispatch.

(4) Enter the scheduled time, site assessor's email, and invitation message.
The recipient can be outside of your organization, and they do not need a Monterra log-in to perform the Site Visit, but they will need to download the Monterra mobile application.

Assessor Conducts the Site Visit
(5) The Site Assessor will receive an email invitation.

(6) After downloading the mobile app, when they click Begin Site Visit, it will open directly to the correct project within the mobile app, where they can conduct the Site Visit.
They will not be able to see any of your other projects or data.

They can record items on the map, take photos, and complete your survey questions. Click here for detailed walkthrough of the mobile app.



(7) When they've finished collecting data, they'll click Finish Visit then Sync.

Review Site Visit Data
(8) You'll see the Site Visit Status has changed to Complete.


(9) Then, you can review the Site Visit photos, survey responses, and map elements.
