Monterra is a workspace for designing EV charger projects, estimating and quoting them, and generating client-ready deliverables.

What you get by plan

Base plan includes:

• Site plan design layout
• Auto-size, which sizes conductors, conduit, and overcurrent protection from your design
• SLD (single line diagram) generation

Pro plan adds (everything in Base, plus):

• Financials and quoting with detailed cost breakdowns
• Bill of materials export
• One-click branded proposals
• Send RFQs to vendors directly from your design
• CRM integration and API access

Plus custom quoting rules, price book (catalog) management, photo markers, team comments, and more. PE-stamped permit drawings are coming soon.

Workspace

The top nav has three sections:

• Projects for the project list and starting new work
• Price Book for catalog, labor rates, and markups
• Configuration for org-wide rules, alerts, and photo markers

Price Book and Configuration appear only on Pro plans.

Two ways to design a project

Open a project and toggle between:

• Site Plan for the map-based layout. Drop chargers, power sources, and trenching onto a satellite view.
• Itemized for a flat list of equipment and assemblies. Useful for fast bulk edits or projects without a known site.

User roles

• Owner has full access plus billing.
• Admin can manage users, the price book, and configuration.
• Member can design and quote projects.
• Guest Collaborator can view and comment on projects shared with them. They never see Price Book or Configuration.
