Required role: Admin Β· Tier: Base
Invite teammates
- Open Settings and choose Team members in the sidebar.
- Click Manage members.
- In the hosted org page, enter the teammate's email and pick a role.
- Click Send invite.
The invitee gets an email with a sign-in link. The seat is consumed once they accept.
Roles
Four roles are available:
- Owner. Full access, including billing and the ability to invite or remove anyone.
- Admin. Full access to projects, the price book, and team management. Cannot manage billing.
- Member. Can create and edit projects and view the price book. Cannot edit defaults or invite others.
- Guest Collaborator. Can edit only the projects shared with them. No access to the price book or the wider lead list.
Use Guest Collaborator for outside contractors or partners who need to work in one project without seeing the rest of your pipeline.
Change a role
- Open Team members, then Manage members.
- Find the user and pick a new role from the dropdown next to their name.
- The change takes effect on their next page load.
Remove a user
- Open Team members, then Manage members.
- Click the user's row and choose Remove from organization.
Removed users lose access immediately. Their projects stay with the org. Seat counts update within a few seconds, and your subscription is prorated on the next invoice.
Upload your company logo
The logo appears on PDFs and shared project pages.
- Open Settings and choose Branding then Company logo.
- Drop a PNG, JPG, or PDF into the upload area.
- To replace it, click the existing image and select a new file.
- To remove it, click Delete.
Use a square or wide rectangular file with a transparent background for the cleanest result.
Set country defaults
Country selection controls currency, units, tax assumptions, and which catalog defaults load for new projects.
- Open Settings and choose Company settings then Locale.
- Pick a country from Location:
US,CA,UK, orMX.
Changes apply to new projects. Existing projects keep their original locale.
Tips
- If a teammate never gets the invite email, check spam first, then resend from the members list rather than creating a second invite.
